The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in Omni by managing the daily schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Your will be responsible for
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence for the CEO   Organising the CEO's daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required   Organising and managing the CEO's travel arrangements and travel acquittals.    Preparing presentations and reports as required   Managing office documentation and organisation on behalf of the CEO Other reasonable tasks as directed by the Executive team, including the Executive Advisor, and General Managers   An exciting opportunity to join Omni's Executive team in a dynamic and rewarding position Securing Tomorrow, Today.

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.   Be an Australian Citizen   Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one   Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills   Desirable Qualifications/Education/Training  Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role   Certificate in Business Administration such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Business Administration or Human Resource management
