In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Nursing Leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for preparing and drafting key documents, including reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing notes. Your strong communication skills will be essential in managing internal and external relationships, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, and assisting with the resolution of complex and sensitive matters.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will play an integral part in supporting the team with project work, minor research, data collection and analysis. You'll also coordinate the team's schedules, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all aspects of the Surgical Program. About You We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of professionalism and expertise.
