About the Role Due to ongoing growth, CareSouth have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in a part time, permanent capacity.
This role will provide a high level of administrative and project-based support to the Regional Manager, Wagga Wagga.
Responsibilities will include calendar management, coordinating workshops and events, taking minutes, preparing reports and other administration requirements as requested.
In order to be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a commitment to the safety of children, young people and people with a disability.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.High proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Well-developed written communication skills.Strong relationship building and customer service skills.Demonstrated time management, organisation and attention to detail.Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills with the ability to self-start.Understanding of confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion.Professional, positive and decisive attitude and the ability to work within a team or autonomously.Do you want to be a part of something great?
