The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Director with over a decade of experience. As the 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills to ensure all transactions are seamless. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Calendar managementCoordinating photoshoots, styling, signage, and related tasksAssist with video shoots and social mediaPreparing Auction packs & open home packsOpen for Inspections on Saturdays and midweekSupporting campaign managementFacilitating communication between vendors and buyers The Requirements:
Previous industry experience is essential to be considered as well as a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
