This role transcends the traditional 9-5 framework, where each day brings unique challenges, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Additionally, strong team management skills are highly valued in this role.Role and Responsibilities:Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity of the entire team;Extensive diary management ensuring the Lead Agent has their days and time with clients and team maximised;Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;Email management and agenda creation for team meetings;General personal tasks as requested by the Lead Agent;Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agents listings;Self-managing day to day tasks; andProviding professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role (2+ years);A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently;Exceptional attention to detail;Exemplary organisation and time management skills;Excellent communication skills;Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; andHolds a current QLD Registration Certificate.What we can offer you!Appealing base + incentives;Varied work in a fast-paced environment;Dream manager mentor program;Heavily subsidised TotalFusion membership;Ongoing training & events.About Place Estate AgentsAt Place, we work hard but we also recognise the importance of a fun work culture.
