Mount Gambier District Health Service (MGDHS) is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our
EO/Director of Nursing & Midwifery and Nursing Director - Operations.

About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our Director of Nursing and Midwifery Office, delivering high-quality,
efficient administrative services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the operations of our leadership team, supporting
key projects, and streamlining processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our health service.

Key Responsibilities: Provide executive administrative support to the EO/Director of Nursing & Midwifery and the Nursing Director - Operations. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Develop, implement, and monitor systems to improve and streamline administrative processes and services. Support project work and special initiatives as directed by the EO/Director of Nursing & Midwifery and Nursing Director - Operations. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with data management and analysis. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of administrative functions, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the office.
