Executive Assistant to the Director of Multi-Office Residential Real Estate Network
Location: Inner West, Sydney
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Remuneration: $110k - $120k
About Us: Our client is a leading residential real estate agency with a multi-office network located in Sydney's Inner West, known for their award-winning service, high-end brand name and commitment to excellence in the real estate market.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support this selling Director.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage tasks from listing through to settlement and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
Manage scheduling, communications, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in preparing and managing property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
Liaise effectively with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Coordinate property inspections, open houses, and other events.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and communications.
Prepare reports and presentations for meetings and strategy sessions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments in the Inner West area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the real estate process from listing to settlement.
Proven experience in coordinating with vendors, purchasers, and legal representatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in real estate software and tools; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
