Your Role Requires:
Management of the Director's daily routine, diary, and emails.
Development of marketing material and information memorandums.
Contract & general administration, administrative support.
Social media and promotional campaigns.
Customer liaison & reporting.
Project tracking and reporting.
Preparation of invoices and costs tracking.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks across a wide range of areas.
Skills and Competencies
Preferably 12 months+ in Real Estate, Property, or Development Administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of delivery systems - i.e. Word, Adobe, Canva, REX, etc.
Graphic design and marketing skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent language skills with the ability to articulate complex matters in writing.
Enthusiasm and a genuine love of property.
QLD driver's license.
Reliability and dedication.
