With a reputation as New South Wales leading Real Estate network, this is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be the backbone to a high-performing Director who is an expert across the entire property spectrum. Operating out of stunning offices in the Hunters Hill area, this high-performing agency offers nothing but outstanding results to their high-end clientele.
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic Director. As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:

Maintaining and updating the client database, managing email inquiries, and overseeing social media for current listings. Designing and preparing marketing materials such as brochures, signboards, and online content. Managing website updates, booking, and proofreading advertisements. Coordinating with solicitors and overseeing the exchange of Contracts for Sale. Handling orders for stationery, special occasion cards, settlement gifts, and other marketing materials. Attending open homes. Liaising with vendors, tenants, and tradespeople. The Candidate:
The successful applicant will showcase exceptional attention to detail, strong priority management, and the ability to handle diverse tasks. Previous real estate experience is essential to be considered - you could be an administrator seeking the next step or an experienced EA looking for a new challenge! The ideal candidate will also possess:
A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license. Strong administrative and computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. The ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently. Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative environments. Strong customer service.
