Full time, 76 hours per fortnight located in Perth.
Salary: $53.84 p/hr + super   Salary packaging benefits (find out more here on what this means)  Working Monday to Friday.

HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years, providing much needed support for people in the areas of alcohol and other drugs, mental health, justice and family and domestic violence.
About the Opportunity  The EA's role is to provide a supportive partnership to the CSO.
The EA will learn what the priorities of the Chief Services Officer are, then identify what will be helpful to the CSO for the EA to undertake and deliver on those undertakings.
This will involve a combination of routine tasks such as keeping accounts and arranging travel as well as more creative tasks such as drafting reports and presentation materials.
The EA will interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, always representing the Chief Services Officer and the Executive Member(s)'s office in the highest levels of courtesy and respect.
The EA is expected to take significant initiative in identifying and addressing the needs of the CSO and, if required, the Executive Member(s).
Requirements of the Role:  Coordinate and arrange Division management team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and providing papers relevant to the meeting.
Facilitate communication between the Executive Member(s), and the management team.
Maintain accurate records of management team decisions, resolutions and actions.
Arrange venues, technology needs and catering from Management team meetings.
Screen phone calls and email correspondence and ensure the Chief Services Officer(s) receives phone calls and emails deemed relevant to the Chief Services Officer in a timely manner.
Other Phone calls and emails are to be forwarded to other officers deemed relevant.
As appropriate, prepare draft responses for the Chief Services Officer or answer emails directly as the EA to the Executive Member(s).
Research and source information and material that will assist the Chief Services Office in responding to emails.
Ensure items are placed in the Chief Services Officer's diary based on the Executive Member(s)'s priorities.
Ensure the Chief Services Officer has the necessary notes and other support material for each diary engagement.
About you: Certificate 3 in business or other equivalent qualification or, equivalent capability from experience.
Experience in similar role or 5 years' experience in an EA role to executives.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite Advanced organisational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and set priorities.
Demonstrated ability to manage large and varied workload, whilst maintaining motivation under pressure.
Desirable criteria: Experience in the human services sector.
Experience at providing EA support to Boards.
Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work referees.
