addition to this core support your responsibilities will also include assisting team heads and the wider Compliance team when required.Responsibilities:Provide full support to Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and not limited to diary and email management, seamless coordination and scheduling of meetings, invoice and expense approvals, administrative system approvals and business travelCo-ordinate, collate and prepare presentations, reports and ad -hoc requirements as directedProvide support on ad - hoc duties to support Risk and Compliance Leadership TeamMaintain, consolidate and update key Risk and Compliance metricsPrepare and coordinate the filing of all routine internal and external reports and documentsHandle daily calls and inquiries and respond independently to routine issues and questionsAssist in coordinating training sessionsProvide support to Risk and Compliance Team Assistant, as neededMaintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Risk and Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurringRequirementsRequirements:Previous experience working in a similar environment as an EA, PA or team assistant including 1:1 and team supportCompletion of HSC (High School) or equivalentGood interpersonal skills and communication including in person and by telephoneGood attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule and pressureStrong organising and coordination skillsMS Office 365 proficient including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointCandidates for this role will need to demonstrate they hold Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship or full working rights, based in Sydney.We value different perspectives, we succeed together, collaborating across boundaries, we take responsibility, holding ourselves accountable to get things done.
