Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our COO and Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
About the role Manage the COO's inbox and calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action items where needed. Conduct research and compile data for various projects. Assist with event planning and coordination as required. Lead and supervise the Office Manager, being a key point of contact for our IT consultant. Provide general administrative support, including reception cover as needed. Perform general errands such as collecting lunch and coffee orders from time to time. About you Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, upbeat manner. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Tech-savvy, process-driven, and embraces continual improvement. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Based out of our brand-new Head Office located in Double Bay, this is a full-time role within a dynamic team with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
