Your New Role As Executive Assistant you will support the Chief Operating Officer by providing confidentialadministrative and management assistance so that the COO can perform theirrole to the best of their ability. You will report directly to the COO and be part of the wider Enablement, Transformation and Performance (ETP) team. Some of your responsibilities will be:
To be a strategic planning and administrative partner to Chief Operating Officer Provide planning and administrative support, and general assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and the extended Leadership team to facilitate effective use of executive time  Provide 1:1 assistance to the Chief Operating Officer in highly confidential matters Proactively represent the brand of the Chief Operating Officer to all stakeholders by being proactive, collaborative and willing to undertake all tasks to create a positive outcome Diary, expenses, and travel management Work closely in collaborating with other Aware Super EA's How do you exceed our expectations? You will be well organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at a fast pace and follow through to completion while maintaining flexibility as priorities change You must have previous experience as an EA at a senior level, and your technology skills are top notch Demonstrated capacity to think ahead; foresee upcoming conflicts or issues; and embed processes and approaches to effectively manage these Demonstrated personal agility in both managing outcomes but also in adapting personal style to manage sensitive or confidential matters Demonstrated ability to both work autonomously, and as part of a team, co-operating with colleagues and willingly helping out during workload fluctuations Proven ability at working with senior level stakeholders, including Board members The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
