About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in their day-to-day operations.
This pivotal role will involve assisting with the coordination of lease documentation, managing legal paperwork, and ensuring the timely handling of critical dates.
You will also provide broader administrative support to department heads and the board.
This part-time role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in property, leasing, or legal environments.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate lease documentation and ensure all legal paperwork is accurately prepared, tracked, and finalised.Monitor and manage critical dates, deadlines, and key milestones for leasing and other operational activities.Act as a key liaison between the COO, department heads, and board members, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.Prepare board reports, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support the COO and broader leadership team.About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
