This function is responsible for developing compelling strategies to acquire, retain and delight both consumers and businesses across Australia.As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) you will provide a high level of EA support for the CMO. This role is at the heart of helping our Marketing team stay focused on achieving their objectives and making sure their operations run smoothly. You will be providing administrative planning and coordination support to our CMO as well as working side-by-side with the Marketing leadership team (MLT) to maximize their effectiveness and enable them to do their best work. You'll be embedded into the Marketing team and become deeply involved in Marketing leadership processes, helping us work effectively and transparently with the broader business.You'll make an impact by:Complex and extensive diary management and logistics, including travel.Respond to general enquiries/emails on behalf of CMO.Support CMO on specific Marketing organisation projects both commercial as well as People-related (especially those requiring cross-team coordination)Lead internal communications within the Marketing team including arranging monthly events and offsitesReconcile corporate credit card, review/reconcile monthly billing, payment of invoicesMLT management including coordinating agendas and weekly/monthly meeting cadence, and coordinating marketing performance reports across the teams for circulation to the Executive leadership and across the businessMonitoring of key Marketing people operational matters such as annual leave management and compliance training obligationsCoordinate Marketing input into Board and other committee agendas, including action items and any required follow upsAssist in the preparation for Board and Executive team meetings, sourcing and preparing papers.What you will bring to the team10+ years EA experience supporting at Director level or EGMAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsProven ability to perform in a demanding environment, and work with rapidly changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at a senior executive levelHigh levels of forward thinking, organisation, flexibility, delivery orientation, initiative, and planningOutstanding diary managementAn ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues at senior management level, always maintaining confidentiality and discretionYou'll thrive here if…If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you'll do well here.
