We have an exciting 12 month, full-time opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the ChiefExecutive Officer to join our friendly team based inPerth .
Reporting to the CEO, you will facilitate their ability toeffectively lead the organisation by managing a variety of dailyadministrative duties and providing high-level operationalsupport.
Our ideal candidate will have: 3 years of experience supporting a C-suite position. Experience working within a fast-paced corporateenvironment. Experience in booking complex domestic and internationaltravel as well as accommodation and other requirements (cars,meeting spaces etc). Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to understand and adapt to the CEO's style and workwith the broader Executive Team. High level of organisation and be skilled at usingtechnology to increase efficiency and productivity. High attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Team player attitude and be willing to help the broaderteam and office as required. Completion of a degree or diploma course in administration,business and/or relevant field will be highly regarded.
