About Us St Bart's is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation founded in 1963 as a small homeless shelter for men. For over 60 years, we have been standing by the side of vulnerable Western Australians experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma and hardship. Since our foundation, we have evolved into a larger organisation that provides progressive, person-centered and trauma-informed recovery support to people in need, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
We provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most. Each day, we stand by the side of more than 500 of Western Australia's most vulnerable and disadvantaged people, supporting them on their recovery journeys and empowering them to achieve their goals.

About the role As the Executive Assistant to CEO you will provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive team and comprehensive secretarial support to the Board and sub-committees.
You will use a high level of initiative to prioritise issues in a timely and appropriate manner ensuring compliance and appropriate governance. You will also coordinate office management functions such as CEO and key Executive events, coordinate employee amenity facilities and common areas including meeting rooms etc.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday based in East Perth, our workplace is also home to around 150 of our most vulnerable consumers whom we interact with on a daily basis.

About you Our ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills, a "can do" attitude and experience supporting a CEO or Executive team. You will need high levels of attention to detail, outstanding administrative skills and demonstrates high levels of initiative.
