About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chair, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and build relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll take ownership of key administrative and strategic tasks, ensuring smooth operations for the Chair while handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Expertly manage the Chair's busy and intricate diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, events, and commitments. Act as the key liaison between the Chair and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and strategic documentation, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Organise and coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing post-meeting follow-ups. Provide high-level administrative and executive support on confidential and time-sensitive matters. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, managing itineraries and ensuring smooth transitions between engagements. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally within a professional services environment. Proven ability to manage complex diaries and scheduling demands with precision and adaptability. Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in preparing reports, presentations, and documents. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). The Company
