Executive Assistant to CEO & Managing DirectorAn exciting opportunity to provide a consistently high level of business, administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.Oversee day-to-day management of CEO office.Deliver a consistently high level of administrative support across all facets of the CEO's role and responsibilities.Actively anticipate CEO's needs and provide support as appropriate across all facets of CEO role.Complex diary management including meeting preparation and prioritisation, booking travel & accommodation, and arranging conferences/workshops.Assist coordination of executive and companywide events, meetings and functions.Maintain Perpetual Executive Committee meetings (ExCo) operating rhythm including management of regular meetings.
Create the agendas, collate papers, and arrange team offsites.Maintain Executive Management Group (EMG) meetings operating rhythm including management of regular meetings.
