Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
About the role An exciting opportunity to Provide a consistently high level of business, administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Oversee day-to-day management of CEO office.
Deliver a consistently high level of administrative support across all facets of the CEO's role and responsibilities.
Actively anticipate CEO's needs and provide support as appropriate across all facets of CEO role.
Complex diary management including meeting preparation and prioritisation, booking travel & accommodation, and arranging conferences/workshops.
Assist coordination of executive and companywide events, meetings and functions.
Maintain Perpetual Executive Committee meetings (ExCo) operating rhythm including management of regular meetings.
Create the agendas, collate papers, and arranging team offsites.
Maintain Executive Management Group (EMG) meetings operating rhythm including management of regular meetings.
Create the agendas, collate papers, and arranging team offsites.
Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence Preparation of presentations and other documents including Board Papers and MD reports.
Coordinate Board meetings and dinners.
About you We're looking for someone with: Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role at Group Executive/CEO level Demonstrated experience working independently, proactively and displaying initiative Experience working in a highly confidential environment with senior stakeholders Demonstrated experience working with a degree of flexibility and ability to cope with change Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Excellent numerical, analytical, written and verbal skills Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced Microsoft Office Confident and professional presentation Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure Ability to use initiative and anticipate needs How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
