Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director, this is a position to provide the most accurate support to a busy CEO as their business rapidly grows across all aspects.

Monday - Friday, you will act as the 'glue' of the unit and as the focal point for communications. This role requires you to be the eyes and ears to a busy individual:
Co-manage the agent's diary and appointments Provide administrative support throughout the sales process Handle inquiries from vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders Prepare materials for listing presentations. Ensure all documentation related to property listings and sales is accurate and compliant. Coordinate with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors, as directed by the Principal, to ensure smooth sales progress and timely appointments. Liaise with vendors, tenants, and external agencies to arrange property access and prepare for photography. Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed The Candidate:
As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is highly advantageous. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:
