About the Role As the Executive Assistant to two c-suite executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dedicated support across both operational and strategic priorities.
Service delivery will be a key priority as you ensure the delivery of high-level management assistance to the executives across all aspects of their professional life, ensuring the achievement of their strategic priorities, business goals, key deliverables and objectives.
As you embed yourself in the culture of the organisation, you will act as an extension of your executives, ensuring you are across all key matters and corporate governance, with a commitment to putting these to action. This role is for a 10 month Fixed Term contract ideally starting mid-November, based in our CBD office location.
You will form part of a supportive and close-knit Executive Assistant cohort, ensuring consistency in your approach and outcomes. Your key duties will include: Provide extensive and proactive diary and inbox management across different time zones, ensuring the executives' schedule, time, and requests are prioritised effectively.Proactively and effectively compile and prepare agendas, formatting papers and meeting materials in alignment with the corporate guidelines and Executive Board and Committee commitments, including minute taking and recording of actions arising where required.Effectively manage regular travel arrangements and reconciliation of corporate expenses.Act as the trusted gatekeeper to your executives, ensuring you act with discretion across confidential communications and information.Regularly liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally and work closely with other Executive Assistants within the business to meet shared deadlines.Work with the Executive Assistant cohort on all employee meetings and functions and work as a team for successful participation and outcomes. About YouYou will be a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant with strong previous experience supporting at the C-suite level.
Ideally you have a Superannuation, Finance or Banking background.
You will step seamlessly into the Executive Assistant role, positioning yourself as the trusted advisor and conduit to the rest of the business.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be strong, and you will craft written correspondence with meticulous attention-to-detail.
You will be confident in your ability to work autonomously and proactively to identify priorities for your executives.
You will anticipate problems before they arise and remain calm and focussed while supporting your executives.
You will also bring:Demonstrated prior experience in an Executive Assistant to C-suite in a large, complex organisation, and highly-regulated industry.Knowledge and understanding of Governance, including Board, Board Committees and Executive Committees.Exceptional stakeholder management, consultation, and problem-solving skills.Professionalism and the ability to maintain composure in a busy operating environment.Be able to operate independently and make sound judgement and decisions in the absence of the executive.Proficiency in Sharepoint, Powerpoint and the usual Microsoft office SuiteExperience with Diligent Boards (or similar) will be advantageous Benefits This is an exceptional opportunity to add value from both an operational and strategic perspective.
