Position OverviewAs the Executive Assistant to the Asia Pacific (APAC) Leadership Team, you will report to the Area Head of HR APAC. Your foremost responsibility is to offer comprehensive support to four senior executives overseeing HR, Commercial, and Marketing functions, encompassing all aspects of office and business planning administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging expensesCoordinating executive travelPreparing monthly reportsCollaborating on Departmental events with the CEO's Executive AssistantSupporting the execution of major APAC events such as regional conferences and team offsitesYou will contribute to the seamless functioning of daily business operations for the Group.
