Job no: 504489 Work type: Contract Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: Administration/Support Ultimo, Sydney LocationFixed Term Contract until Jan 2026Base salary $88K to $105K (paid on a pro rata basis) The RoleABC Finance is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/ Team Coordinator to provide high level administrative support to the Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Office Team.The JobThis role will see you working autonomously, with your main responsibilities involving: Provide high level administrative support to the Transformation Office Team including the scheduling of key project meetings under general to limited direction.Assisting with the administration of the Transformation Committee working with the Managing Directors office (including minute taking).
Assisting with general project coordination activities including project PowerPoint packs for key meetings and briefings.Coordinate timely action of internal workflows including Concur, MyRequests, Service Now and other financial related processes including raising purchase orders and payment of invoices.Managing assets, filing systems & databases.
Displaying sensitivity, discretion, and judgement in replying to enquiries, and in presenting or requesting information.
Position Description: You're a self-starter with proven experience providing administrative support or project management administration.
You will also be able to demonstrate: Ability to prioritise, deal with confidential and sensitive matters and exercise initiative and judgement.Excellent organisation skills and ability to plan and use resources cost effectively, and to track and monitor procedures.Advanced experience preparing reports coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve agreed outcomes in specified timeframes.High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey points clearly, concisely and quickly in a style appropriate to audience.Ability to foster productive stakeholder relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
