Hybrid Working Model (Currently 3 days/ week on-site) How will I Help? Your role will be key in supporting two senior level leadership roles, our Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Product Officer - CPS230 (the "Leaders"), through efficient management of their daily workloads.You will ensure meetings are well planned, administration tasks and expenses are managed on time, mandatory learning and other administration requirements of the team are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities: Diary and meeting management including the development of agenda's and recording minutes, actions and decisions (where required) for the Leaders Coordination of team key meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation material Supporting each Leaders management of team administration tasks, including: People: annual leave liability, mandatory people learning, reward and recognition and other administrative tasks as required. Expenses and Travel: Each teams expenses management and travel bookings System Access: Support the Leader to manage HR and IT systems access in alignment with organisational requirements e.g. HR administration requests and the provision of IT assets and systems access for the team Event Management including team offsites, town hall meetings and other gatherings as required Maintain a strong network with other EA's and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the cohesive alignment of meetings and relevant communications across the organisation Update and maintain the team organisational chart and distribution lists, making sure that these are accurately reflected in the People Directory Ensure alignment of the Leaders respective priorities in management of email and calendar What's in it for me? What do I need? Proven experience operating as an Executive Assistant ideally across Financial Services/ large corporate environment Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook as well as HR and finance based systems Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the Business and our customers, building strong working relationships Strong organisational, time management, problem solving and communication skills Adaptability and flexibility Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time What's it like to work there?
