Build your career at Iress! You will provide proactive and professional support to the CEO - TMD, and TMD Leadership Team to set, drive and deliver business unit objectives and outcomes. The principal responsibility of this role is to maximise effectiveness and productivity across TMD by maintaining a pulse on priority initiatives, connecting the dots across the business, and ensuring things continue to move forward on behalf of the CEO and the Leadership Team. You will ensure the most essential things get done with excellence, to achieve Iress' strategic priorities. This will include hands-on support coordinating meetings/events/forums/general administrative tasks, as well as exposure to project opportunities as they emerge. This role brings exposure and experience in the diverse challenges facing senior leaders within a growing technology business.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with: Provide administrative and project support to the CEO - TMD covering diary management, emails, meeting coordination, booking domestic and international travel, expense management, and any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.Arranging logistical aspects of relevant leadership meetings (diary coordination, agendas and material creation and coordination, facility bookings, travel and catering).Conduct ad hoc research when required and consolidate findings in a succinct format.Support the coordination, compilation, review and editing of Board papers, Leadership Team papers, including external correspondence and materials.Assist with tracking and managing deadlines to ensure action items get completed in a timely manner.Over time, and with guidance, support projects and initiatives that are led by or relevant to the business unit. What you will bring: Strong organisational and coordination skills with experience supporting executives within a corporate environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management within Iress and with senior external stakeholders.Highly organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy, superior judgement and decision-making.Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.Must possess a high degree of discretion, a high level of professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.Ability to prioritise and balance several tasks and work with deadlines with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at one time while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.A positive and collaborative mind-set.Must be a team player and initiative to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.Strong computer skills as well as high proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Mail) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
