An organised and attentive administrator & communicator?An enthusiastic and committed team player who supports the team to achieve its goals?A well-rounded operator with great computer skills?The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive management support, with attention to confidentiality and sensitivity, to the Directors of the Centre for Evaluation and Research Evidence unit.
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal collaborative point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of government sectors.
This position is a key coordinating link between the Centre for Evaluation and Research Evidence units, offices of Executive Directors and the Deputy Secretary, and other divisions.
In this role, your capacity to manage and coordinate the activities of the Directors, to provide effective support services will be critical, including diary management, secretariat support, organisation of forums, meetings, catering and travel arrangements, office filing systems, processing of invoices, systems administration and equipment, and contribute as a team member within the Strategic Policy and Projects units proactively and professionally.
The successful applicant will be able to think strategically and act with autonomy in decision making to support the branch.
They will be agile and responsive to changing demands and be able to adapt and respond to highly variable work priorities.
