General Description of Position: We are looking to welcome an energetic and motivated individual to our team to provide support to our Strata Managers. There exists potential for the successful applicant to learn the skills required to progress to a trainee strata manager, managing their own portfolio of properties and establishing a career in the industry.

The Executive Assistant/Strata Associate is required to contribute to the provision of quality services to Stakeholders and Clients under the direction of the strata management team. The position requires you to demonstrate initiative, follow direction, be proactive and anticipate areas where services are needed.

General Duties: Answer incoming calls and take messages for the portfolio as directed by the Executive Strata Manager/s. Provide answers to clients on simple matters when possible.Act on direction from Executive Strata Manager/s on daily functions within the portfolio.Assuming higher duties of Executive Strata Manager/s when Strata Manager is absent from the office.Provide word processing support as required, including preparation of AGM Agendas & Minutes, Letters, Reports, and general office correspondence. Assist with communication between Strata Managers and their clients – relaying accurate information, drafting clear and concise emails, providing general assistance and advice to the client. General office support including arranging of appointments, filing, copying, mail.Attending client meetings, working closely with Committees and providing effective administration of trainee portfolio.
