Randstad is currently working on multiple temporary opportunities within the SA State Government and we are seeking experienced Executive Assistants!
All roles will be varied and will involve (but not limited to):
email and diary management
meeting preparation, coordination and follow up of action items
minute taking
reviewing and processing correspondence
document, file and information system maintenance
developing presentations, briefings and local communications
being a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders
coordination of the executive director's office
working on minor projects
What You Will Need:
Demonstrated EA/PA experience
Have the ability to adapt to different tasks in short time frames
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of computer literacy
Organisation skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Work with others in a large team with the ability to work autonomously
To be inclusive, understand and respect cultural and religious diversity
Commitment and adherence to organisation values and policy and procedure
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
