About the position: The Executive Assistant will provide effective, efficient and confidential support to the Parklea Operations team to ensure staffing levels are optimal, liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
The role will contribute to the successful operations in the executive suite.
Applicant will be required to obtain a Corrective Service Clearance NSW to be able to take up this role.

Selection Criteria: 1.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.
2.
Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience providing high level executive support with demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to effectively problem solve, prioritise workload, supported by demonstrated capacity to work independently and in a team, exercising initiative and judgement, to work within deadlines/timeframes.
3.
Sound diary management skills within a fast paced organisation.
4.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including sound negotiation skills, with a clear ability to project a positive image and effectively liaise and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5.
Maturity, flexibility, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
6.
Excellent written skills with the ability to prepare formal correspondence.
7.
Experience in supporting executive committees including collation and production of papers, agendas and minutes.
8.
High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
