Executive Assistant/Senior Legal Administrator Established in Adelaide in 2014, Eckermann Lawyers has grown considerably, developing a reputation for commitment and high quality work. The Role:
Reporting to the Directors and working collaboratively with the wider legal team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the legal firm. Your role will include, but not limited to:
Coordination of administration and accounting tasks to ensure operational efficiency; Overseeing, and liaising with, team members involved in Projects, Marketing, Administration and Finance with a focus on the strategic growth and development of the firm; Management of the rollout and implementation of precedents and record keeping systems; Supporting the continuous improvement of Practice Management processes, procedures and workflows; Coordinating training and CPD requirements; Other general administrative and project-oriented tasks as required. As a valued member of the team, you will have:
Significant senior administration experience, ideally gained in a medical, accounting or legal firm, or other professional services environment; Experience with Statutory Trust Accounts, billables, bank reconciliations, disbursements, debtor management and reporting (with the opportunity for training and upskilling in such areas); Sound administrative skills and proficiency in implementing and using Practice Management systems; The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Enthusiasm and drive to enjoy, and thrive, in a fast-paced role.
