If so, we are offering a fantastic ongoing opportunity to join the Executive Support team at BRHS providing high level support to the Quality & Education Executive and Directorate.
The Contract: Ongoing Part time, 64.0 hours per fortnight The Position: In this role you will provide efficient administrative support with integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality to assist achieve the objectives of the Quality and Education directorate.
You will provide high level clerical support to the Executive Quality and Education (EQE) and work closely with the Quality team, in particular the Document Systems & Audit Officer.
Key responsibilities will include calendar and diary management of the EQE, meeting preparations, data entry and document management, coordinating correspondence and managing office systems and reporting, minute taking to a high level.

* Experience in providing secretarial support to Committees of Management * Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong commitment and ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Well-developed skills and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
