The role and responsibilities
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Advisory group. The role is supporting a Partner and a team of lawyers in our friendly and dynamic team. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This is a job share role, preference for 3 days a week availability working Thursday, Friday and 3rd day is flexible. The day-to-day responsibilities in the role include:
Diary and email management Monthly billing and accounts reporting/management Printing and binding documents Completing timesheets for lawyers/partners as required Meeting bookings and organisation around meeting rooms Organising travel, flights and accommodation Ad hoc administration duties About you
Ideally you will have an Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary background and will also possess the following skills:
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality Commitment to premium client service Strong organisational skills whilst working to strict deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills What we will offer you
