We have the highest proportion of women partners among major Australian law firms.The role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Advisory group. The role is supporting a Partner and a team of lawyers in our friendly and dynamic team. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This is a job share role, preference for 3 days a week availability working Thursday, Friday and 3rd day is flexible. The day-to-day responsibilities in the role include:Diary and email managementMonthly billing and accounts reporting/managementPrinting and binding documentsCompleting timesheets for lawyers/partners as requiredMeeting bookings and organisation around meeting roomsOrganising travel, flights and accommodationAd hoc administration dutiesAbout youIdeally you will have an Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary background and will also possess the following skills:Strong attention to detail and a focus on qualityCommitment to premium client serviceStrong organisational skills whilst working to strict deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office SkillsWhat we will offer youGilbert + Tobin will offer you a friendly and professional working environment.
