Are you an experienced Executive Assistant ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organisation? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our clients' leadership team and play a pivotal role in the rollout of exciting new initiatives across all aspects of their business.
About the Role: In this vital position, you will assist with the implementation of strategic advancements, including cloud migrations, procedural enhancements, and new business ventures. Your expertise will contribute to the success of various projects, such as the management of a luxury hotel under construction and the planning of innovative residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities: Transform data into insightful and actionable information.Manage high-volume file organisation and development.Plan and implement new systems, structures, and workflows.Draft correspondence and prepare documents efficiently.Take concise and informative minutes during meetings.Reconcile corporate expenses and manage communication flow.What We're Looking For: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Power Automate and Power BI.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us: Become part of a proud family business with nearly 100 years of history, committed to delivering exceptional results for clients.
