Executive Assistant/Office Manager

This role requires someone with initiative who is experienced in Real Estate administration, enjoys a fun, fast paced and a positive workplace. You'll need to be highly organized, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a 'can do' attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising and relationship building with various suppliers and clientsProviding administrative support to the principal and agentsPreparing contracts of sale for execution and completionOccasionally attending onsite meetings at propertiesMust have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and an NT drivers license. While experience in Real Estate will be looked upon highly, it is not essential.
