Location: Perth Metro Area Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri Pay Rate: Dependent on role and experience approx. $40 - $55ph
Super Duration: Our roles vary from short term temp assignments of approx. 2 - 3 months to longer term assignments with the possibility of role turning permanent. The Role: Some key responsibilities for these roles include but are not limited to: Provide extensive support to the CEO in delivering high level administration and organization services, scheduling structure and support. Managing the calendar/diary of Executive members as required. Coordinate executive, management, and team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain action logs. Planning and setup of internal and external events. Organise catering as required for training/induction days and other functions. Liaise with other members of the executive team and senior leadership group, build strong relationships and maintain boundaries with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C Suite Management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in diary management including planning, organising and prioritising work. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). MUST be professionally presented. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal direction with a high level of attention to detail and work ethic. You MUST have or be willing to obtain the following: A valid National Police Clearance within 3 months or be willing to obtain.
