If this sounds like the right fit, read on!The ResponsibilityResponsibilities will include but not be limited to:Extensive diary management for your executive including arranging meetings with a variety of stakeholders;Inbox management actioning and delegating as required;Booking and scheduling travel, international and domestic;Compiling meeting packs, day packs and presentations;Coordination of team events, including strategy days, team functions and town halls;Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses;Managing projects from strategic long term initiatives to IT set up and team onboarding.The ExpertiseThe ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at executive or director level. We are open to candidates from various industries, but experience in a large, global, or fast-paced corporate environment is essential for managing the demands and complexity of the role. We're looking for a naturally organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with other EAs.
