With over 20 years experience, my client is a top performing agent operating out of a long established and stunning modern office and with a genuine passion for real estate. Consistent with repeat business and referrals, this is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside an agent that delivers exceptional service.

The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a faced paced role working within a highly successful team that will challenge and excite you. On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing and handling a busy work load for a small team:

Prepare listing kits and marketing of propertiesMarketing and social media managementDiary Management/organise appointmentsAttending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyersLiaise with vendors and buyersDatabase entry and managementClient relationships and managementAuction and open home preparationConducting pre settlements and settlements of propertiesThe Candidate: A current Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationPrevious experience in Real Estate is essentialExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Word/Outlook & computer skillsThe ability to work proactively and independentlyA valid driver's licenseStrong administration and communication skillsThe Benefits: Monday – Friday PositionSupport a Top Performing Agent within a LARGE networkExcellent Team Culture & StructureHuge TeamGreat dollars plus bonuses providedHigh End Properties – the average sale of around $5 million To Apply
