Opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join HESTA

Supporting your executive you will ensure the seamless operation of their office and teams. This role is not just about managing schedules and correspondence; it's about being the key enabler and gatekeeper.
About your day: Daily Coordination: Assist the executive in planning and organizing their day-to-day activities, including appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and functions.Correspondence Management: Monitor, prioritize, and file incoming correspondence, draft outgoing communications on their behalf and refer tasks to relevant functions while maintaining confidentiality.Financial Administration: Prepare credit card reconciliations and expenses claims.Research & Projects: Undertake research and manage projects as requested, providing vital analytical support.Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Leadership Team as needed.Growth Opportunities: We're all about helping our team members grow. About You: Experience: Significant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a busy and fast-paced environment.Documentation Skills: Extensive experience in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for executive-level delivery.Judgment & Discretion: The ability to make decisions on behalf of the executives, manage relationships with demanding stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.Proactive & Insightful: A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and provide innovative solutions.Attention to Detail: High level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to HESTA's dynamic and evolving environment.
