Computershare has a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work with the Global CEO of the fast-growing Employee Share plans business, which is part of the wider Computershare business. The Executive Assistant will support the Global CEO of Plans (Melbourne Based) and partner with the Director of Office of Plans CEO (offshore).
The Executive Assistant adds value through aligning objectives with those of the above to improve productivity, communications, and engagement with the organisation.
A role you will love Key responsibilities: Act as the personal assistant and confidential administrator to the Global CEO of Plans. Provide team support to the Director, Office of the CEO and the CEO on planning and coordination of the Plans Global executive. Provide administration and logistical support for the calendar of the Plans executive. Schedule executive meetings and video conferences, including all travel arrangements as well as engaging with overseas offices as necessary when meetings are held outside of Australia. Preparation and distribution of papers, including consulting and liaising with relevant stakeholders to obtain information and reports in a timely manner. Consult and liaise with relevant stakeholders and/or internal business partners to obtain information and reports on time as requested by the Global CEO Plans. Preparing presentation material and board papers for the Global CEO Plans. Support the development and roll out of various global Plans team projects and initiatives. Work with the Global CEO of Plans and the Director of the office of the CEO to support the global legal leadership team with respect to strategic plan tracking and reporting. Liaise with stakeholders to co-ordinate meetings and other administrative matters. Provide general administration and preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentation material. Be responsible for expense management. Diary management and management of key meetings as well as maintain confidential records and filings. What will you bring to the role?

The ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters in a professional manner. Have experience of working with and providing support to a Senior Executive. Proven record of being self-motivated, flexible, and proactive. Demonstrable ability to coordinate complex diaries. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise conflicting needs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily build professional relationships with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment and loyalty to people and projects.
