Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate shareholder outreach, draft correspondence, and prepare agendas for board meetingsLiaise with corporate secretarial representatives in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia on company mattersAssist with the preparation and signing of annual company audit and other relevant corporate documentsSchedule calls and meetings with investors and stakeholdersServe as a liaison between the CEO and investors, demonstrating exceptional communication skillsProvide support in investor communication and maintaining stakeholder relationshipsMaintain streamlined systems for document management to ensure easy access to corporate records and reportsMust have Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatoryMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role or company administration roleIdeally has exposure to corporate secretarial work in Australia and/or AsiaPrevious experience working in Asia preferredStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRequirements: Experience in the fintech industry is advantageousExperience in Corporate Secretarial, investor communications, audit and complianceAbility to anticipate needs and preferences, demonstrating foresight and proactive planning abilitiesProficiency in scheduling various activities, including appointments, meetings, deadlines, presentations, and virtual interactionsProven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
