About the Role Our Tax & Legal team is expanding and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our vast community of solvers.
The Tax & Legal team brings our purpose to life by transforming the future, building a diverse, ambitious team that champions imaginative ways to solve our clients' most important challenges, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Salesforce, Google, and MS Office suites Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgments and quick decisions Adapting to new technology Working autonomously as well as being part of a team Organizing and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment Building effective relationships and play an integral role in the wider EA community Embracing and promoting change in line with our vision and strategy Consistently delivering high-quality outcomes, and being accountable for actions Proactiveness and  able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, and to think ahead on requests In our Tax & Legal team, your impact will be seen by: Building strong relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants (EA), supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements Building strong relationships with your Partners, client delivery teams and the national EA network across Global Mobility Harnessing your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing management Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts Preparing and revising documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm's brand Assisting the Partners with team functions and office management Embracing new technologies and supporting your Partners and teams with adoption About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
