you will mentor the team across all rooms division departments, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional experience for our guests, whether they are traveling for business or leisure.The RoleCompetitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $100,000, depending on experienceLead and inspire a team of up to 50 members, setting high expectations and fostering a positive culture within the rooms divisionCollaborate closely with the General Manager to craft exceptional guest experiencesPrimary ResponsibilitiesReport directly to and liaise with the Area General Manager to achieve the full commercial and reputational potential of our unique product, bringing your innovation and spirit of conquest!Lead a team comprised of Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver memorable experiences for our guests and develop our teamsPossess an infectious drive for excellence in delivering business and satisfaction metrics in consultation with the Director of Labour ManagementHave a passion for seeing your teams succeed, with proven methods to engage, motivate and develop to create a positive workplace cultureProvide a creative, customised approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guestsSkills and ExperienceA leader who models our values: Trust, Respect, Guest Obsession, Sustainability, Spirit of Conquest and InnovationMinimum 2 years' experience as Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Manager supporting and coordinating over 50 team members across multiple outlets and departmentsSound operational experience within seasonal hospitality business.
