We need a positive, driven, solution-focused and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to help us achieve this. This is a vital role in ensuring NDIS documentation compliance, running an efficient admin function with a focus on continuous improvement whilst working closely with the admin team across Australia and Team Leaders. The role is based out of our office in Berrimah Business Park, working alongside two other admin team members based locally. It is a part-time role working 3 days per week.
Position Overview
This is a varied role requiring exceptional focus on detail ensuring accuracy with bookings and documentation. This role is central to efficient service delivery allowing our clinicians to see more clients. The role will require an agile individual who can communicate with stakeholders via telephone and email, follow up of payments, facility maintenance and collaborate with allied health clinicians. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within a health, or even better NDIS setting.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Excellent experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite An understanding of, and experience working within the NDIS and private service delivery contexts is desirable Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities Highly efficient and capable of working at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail Demonstrated well-developed oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal manner and cross-cultural skills and awareness National Police Clearance Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Australian Driver's License Proof of Work rights (Australian Passport/ Citizenship certificate, or a Valid Visa) Why Patches Salary of $60,000.00 per annum (based on full-time, pro rata for PT) 2 days paid professional development leave per year $500 per annum towards professional development 5 weeks annual leave per year Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme Referral bonus for recommending great clinicians Access to salary packaging via Maxxia How To Apply
