With an internal transfer happening early 2023, we are looking for a "Rooms" expert to join the team late February. Reporting to the General Manager, this will be a chance to showcase all your past skills and experiences. You will have a positive and flexible personality combined with excellent business acumen and sharp operating skills. This is the breeding ground for future General Managers, so the only way is up! You will currently be in a HOD within a 150+ room hotel or EAM or a smaller property and looking to join a progressive company.
The EAM will lead and inspire a team of industry professionals to exceed guests' expectations on a daily basis. Involved in all aspects of the business including Group Bookings, Reservations, Front Office, and Housekeeping. The hotel is fully staffed and occupancy sitting at close to 90% all year round; this hotel is BUZZing!
