The Role
Due to organic, we are currently seeking applications from Executive Assistants who are experienced with managing C-Suite leaders and have some litigation or legal industry experience. Someone who is dynamic, passionate about planning and organisation, and thrives in an intellectually stimulating environment will excel in this role. Exciting things are happening within this firm and they would love for you to be part of that journey.

Reporting to a dynamic professional who is well respected within the industry, this is a terrific opportunity for you to learn and grow in a new partnership. You will support diary management, coordination of travel, reporting, minute taking and various other administrative duties alongside the preparation of legal documents for litigious matters. This role is full time and offered on a permanent basis, with four days in the office and one from home.

Your key accountability's will include:
Proactively planning and prioritising the Managers time for efficiency and productivity, ranging from daily to annual commitments Coordinating board papers and stakeholder meetings Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Documenting meeting minutes and actions Prepare various legal documents to support the partner Working with a wide range of internal stakeholders business wide Administrative tasks Billing Your Experience Our client is proud about their unique workplace culture; a welcoming and friendly team coupled with diverse and challenging work. In return, you will bring to the role:
Prior experience supporting a C-Suite executive/s, ideally within the legal sector Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills Highly organised methods of working with a sharp eye for detail Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information Ideally you will have worked in a similar opportunity for more than 5 years, are able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters, provide good judgement on all relevant matters with complete discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality. You also strive for best practice outcomes and continuous improvement.
