This includes managing a busy diary, ensuring confidentiality in inbox management, making autonomous decisions, monitoring tasks, handling travel arrangements, and managing expenses. Effective communication, budget monitoring, and organizing meetings are also key responsibilities, along with drafting correspondence and improving departmental transparency.
