Join our team as a hands-on, solution focused Executive Assistant and support a group of Directors and the wider team in Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure division located in Melbourne.

What role will you play?Joining as an Executive Assistant you will manage the executive team schedules including arranging meetings and conference calls whilst ensuring meeting packs and presentations are assembled. You will also be involved in processing payments, invoices and expense claims alongside accurate scheduling of travel itineraries and other ad hoc requests.
What you offerExcellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail2-5 years' experience working in a similar role supporting a team, handling complex diaries and organising travel itinerariesExcellent planning and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirementsAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detailOutstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at senior and executive level.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
