Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant provides a confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Office of the Chief Executive, including the SMHS Board. The role supports the Executive team meetings, manages Executive and Board diary and appointments and functions, and supports the broader administrative functions of the Chief Executive's office. It is a dynamic role working with senior stakeholders in a supportive and flexible team environment.
This is a Fixed Term appointment for 12 months with possibility of extension or permanency. Part time, job share and full time applicants will be considered.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur across the organisation. Appointments may be made from this pool until 28/2/2026.
